Celine Dion Belong Perfume
The big names were Estee Lauder, Chanel and Guerlain. Whilst these names are still around and still make some wonderful perfumes it seems that celebrities are now the driving force behind the perfume sales. It seems that every Hollywood starlet must have her own perfume and range of cosmetics.
Do Celebrities Get A Hand In Designing Their Perfume?
Those that have a long term vision of their career I guess may take an active role in the design and development because they want a fragrance that reflects their image long term. Apparently, Celine Dion took a very active role in the development of her designer perfume. When designing the perfume bottle she took it upon herself to add some finishing touches by adding a fake diamond ring on the neck of the bottle. Paris Hilton, on the other hand, had very little to do with her perfume design.
Celebrity Designer Perfumes Grow In Popularity
One of the first celebrities to introduce her own perfume was Elizabeth Taylor. Many critics felt that celebrity perfumes were just the latest craze and would soon fade away. As new celebrities emerge from the limelight so it seems does a new designer perfume. It must be working though. Celebrity Endorsed Famous Perfumes
Executive Summary About Celebrity Endorsed Famous Perfumes By Rajen Jani
Perfumes have since inception been associated with royalty and celebrities. Celebrities are notorious for using perfumes and are also called as the “perfumed class”, which means well-heeled, refined, and bourgeois. Some of the celebrity-endorsed perfumes, which during their times had become as famous as the endorsing celebrity are Cumming, Diavolo Hypnotic, Precious Jewel, True Star Gold, Midnight Fantasy, Calum, Carlos Santana, Celine Dion Always Belong, Uninhibited, Danielle, Intimately for Him, Electric Youth, Forever Elizabeth, JLo Glow, Kiss Her, Maria Sharapova, Michael Jordan, Naomi Campbell, and Paris Hilton for Men.
Celebrities associate their names with signature scents mainly as a self-promotion campaign. Contracts are signed with perfume houses, who manufacture these scents and market them with the name of the celebrity being the selling point of the marketing strategy. It has been witnessed that celebrity-endorsed perfumes are famous for a short time and they do not enjoy the longevity of classic aromas, scents, and perfumes.
